Handy location a short drive from the AUT Millennium pool and Westfield Albany. Rooms are modern and very clean. It would be great if face cloths could be provided, and also a duvet cover large enough to fit the bed. Also we had our 2 kids with us so enough cutlery for the family would be helpful. Great value for money overall.

Very happy we were able to get a unit with 3 beds. Easy and short distance from the motorway. Close to a very big Mall/Shopping centre.

Great friendly customer service, very accommodating with our extremely late check in and allowed us to check out late too. The room is very newly renovated with all the amenities needed. Comfortable beds and warm room. Would definitely recommend Albany Oak.

The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Checkin/out was a breeze and the location was quiet even though close to shops. Albany mall is within a 15min walking distance. The bed was a very generous size and very comfortable with ample pillows provided. There was only one bedside light however, and a thin blanket. Although there was a heat pump, an extra/thicker blanket as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Room exceeded our expectations. Lovely and spacious. Clean and updated (photos on Expedia must be old bc the interiors are modern). Lovely customer service. Great location (close to Albany mall, cafes, restaurants and kid’s activities). Such great value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

6/10 Good

Our room appeared to have been recently renovated and was very clean although there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Very quiet location and about a 3 minute drive / 15 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Front desk is only staffed on very limited hours. Overall provides good value but is nothing special.
