Clean & good size room. Comfy bed. Took a couple of attempts to use the check in machine, had difficulty scanning my id. Room was easy to find once checked in. Lots of emails received prior to check in with various bits of information, would've been a lot better (& saved a lot of time finding the email with the door code) if only one email sent with all information needed. Great location, close to tube station. Would definitely stay here again.

Had one issue with key card, called the number and someone came very quickly to resolve the issue. A fantastic find for a London get away.

Check in process was confusing, would be much better to receive one email with all of the information up front instead of various emails with different pieces of information.
