We had a pleasant stay at this newly built hotel, around 30–35 minutes from the centre of Saranda, with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. So location was not an issue for us. Parking is included, which was very convenient.
The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Erika, who provided exceptional service and went above and beyond. When we mentioned that we were travelling to Corfu very early the next morning, she kindly arranged a taxi and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our journey. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
As the hotel is newly built, some areas still feel unfinished. Our first room had construction holes in the wall, the shower was missing a door and placed in a position that caused water to spread across the bathroom floor, and the light above the mirror was not working. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating and moved us to another room, which felt much more finished.
The main area for improvement is soundproofing. The room doors and windows do not block much noise, so we could hear conversations and activity from the hallway and outside quite clearly. This may be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the excellent staff made a big difference. With some finishing touches and better soundproofing, this could be a great hotel.
