The hotel room was as described and the location was good. We liked the tea and coffee making facility. However, we had major problems entering the hotel. There is no way to communicate before or at check-in. They don't reply whatsapp or hotels.com platform messages. The access code and the access link didn't work and nobody answered the bell that we rang. Other people also had problems getting through the gate so later on it was just left wide open so that people can enter.
