Nice room, great bed and pillows. Fridge in the room. Downside—No posted information about if the water was filtered in the complex and no complementary bottled water. No usb or c chargers in the room-most hotels in US and Europe have them on places like bedside lamp bases

Excellent property!!! Jurere area is beautiful. Positano restaurant at the hotel served us delicious food!! Larissa provided us with an outstanding service!! The room was as advertised, very comfortable and quiet at night- had construction noise during the day. Amenities were good. Pool area and grounds well taking care!!! Staff treated us very well. Good positive vibes. Breakfast met our needs. Excellent service overall!

my check in was on Sunday night, I made a reservation on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that they did not have confirmation that they had received payment through expedia because the finance person who has access to this information does not work on Sunday. Hotel segue muito bom. Já havíamos estado nele em outras oportunidades. Os pontos positivos são a maioria, mas acho que vale a pena destacar 2 pontos negativos da última hospedagem.. 1. Café da manhã bom, mas já foi muito melhor! 2. Havia um quarto em obras acima do nosso, o que causou muito barulho e alguma poeira (solicitamos troca de quarto e fomos atendidos).
