Very nice stay. Room was newly renovated and had everything you need to stay for a short or long time. Super clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. Good continental free breakfast and very dog or cat friendly just with a very small fee!

The suite we booked was dirty with smudges all over the walls. The a/c unit did not work, we had to shut it off multiple times to be able to get ANY air. I was told that I had to request housekeeping in order to get new towels, I did request it, but had to go to the front office to get them multiple times. Breakfast was sub par, you get what you pay for. There was so much trash about the property, clearly no one cleans the area. This was a very cheap option (if you are in a bind).

Non draining shower, bed bugs, restriction of service dog to enter area around the pool ( she is a registered service animal and is 9 pounds and was harnessed and leashes) I require a service animal and was told I couldn’t bring her into the gated pool area unless she was in a crate, she doesn’t ever go into a crate on a plane, in a restaurant or in a store so why would I put her in a crate to sit her next to a chair by an outside pool while leased , she can’t do her job from inside a crate. There was bedbugs crawling across my bed , the shower wouldn’t drain so I ask for a full refund bc I’m not staying in those conditions. There was bedbugs staff was very polite and understanding and I realize they just are employed here and this isn’t their fault and they helped me in every way they could which I appreciated but they seriously need to either do renovations or plow the place down. If you don’t want to sleep with blood suckers I wouldn’t stay here.

It was horrible, the only thing good was the free breakfast. I stated for 2 days had to beg for towels throughout the day. No one came to clean the room or ask if we needed any towels/ wash clothes. That’s not the kicker, so it’s a 100 dollar deposit right . Okay when it was time for check out the receptionist went to check my room and discovered two dirty towels I have kids and they went to the pool and two towels had black stains on them, I was told i would have to pay 30 for that. I politely declined and offered to wash them myself which I did and they came clean. I just have never been to a hotel/ motel where they charge for having dirty towels. Meanwhile my sister had a room also however the maid cleaned her room and took her towels so the receptionist couldn’t charge her so my point was why single me out then.

It was rough. Not like it was advertised at all. I booked a room with one king sized bed and when we got there, they said they didn’t have any and that they could only give me a double queen. When I expressed to him that I was unhappy to not have the king that I booked, he said, “Well I won’t charge you any extra.” Of course you won’t. That’s a downgrade. My fiancé and I are larger people and wanted a king for a reason. We ended up saying okay because we were really tired. We got to the room and it had cigarette butts and leaves on the floor. I also specifically booked a non smoking room, so I didn’t appreciate that. The whole room also smelled like urine. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room. We got to the new one and it didn’t smell bad, but it had a bunch of people sitting near the door who were yelling at their kids all the way down at the pool. I contemplated just leaving and trying to find another hotel. We will not be back under any circumstances.

We got to our room, pulled the sheets back and there were bugs under the sheets on both beds. Went right back to the front desk and ask for our money back and was refused it. Said I have to take it up with Expedia. So I ended up having to spend 200 dollars on a room across the street.
