Really enjoy staying at the Zedwell Capsule Hotel, this was my second stay. The capsules are snug but comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers good. The location is absolutely perfect for theatre goers - around 8 theatres within a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be staying there again.

It was comfortable, and perfect for I've night stay, but it's a little like a cross between a youth hostel and a human warehouse. The bed was clean, but the bathroom has broken facilities, and were a bit smelly. Take a padlock to lock your pod when you're not in it Staff are really helpful, can't fault them.

Thos is a great, simple and accessible place to crash in central London. Security at the door so you feel safe. Helpful staff at check-in. Not recommended of you are claustraphovic but otherwise its like a tent. Wish they had instructions for the lights and air buttons in the pod coz I didnt figure thay out right away.

It’s always my go-to whenever I visit London by myself. Always clean, always prepared and definitely relaxing. I do recommend to bring your own body wash just in case, because the stall I used didnt have any soap inside the dispenser. But still 10/10 overall and definitely recommend it!!

Fantastic location, bed itself is super comfortable, the light, socket for charging and the air con are great. My advice is take your own towel and make sure you have shower get/soap as the dispensers in the shower were empty both mornings.

Really good you have to pay for any extras like towels, it's just a bed duvet pillow but it's cheap, and in central London so that's to be expected. Staff were really friendly and helpful, as quiet as most hotels but still worth having earplugs. Bring your own padlock they're not provided, basic ones can be sourced nearby at boots but they aren't great quality.

There’s enough space considering it’s a capsule, feels really safe and secure as the security staff are positioned at the door checking booking confirmations and key cards, and again at the reception. Security measures during check in to ensure if you’ve booked a female only capsule that you are allocated the right room, and if you’ve got friends with you the staff are so friendly and helpful and try to make sure you are placed in capsules near each other. The toilets and showers are kept very clean and so are the capsules, so really good value for money. The only downside (and this is a big one and the only thing that would prevent me from booking again) is how incredibly hot it is - you read reviews but you still don’t understand how truly bad it is until you get there. It’s hotter than a heatwave in there and you can barely sleep and when you do you wake up with a banging headache. The fan in the capsules does absolutely nothing to alleviate this and the light in the capsule only makes it hotter. When your capsule is shut it feels like there’s no oxygen to breathe. PLEASE install some aircon in the dormitory rooms this would make all the difference as it is the only downside but it makes or breaks the whole experience.

Overall, my stay was average. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. However, the air conditioning in the capsules was very poor. It became uncomfortably warm, making it difficult to stay inside for long periods without sweating. At night, the capsules were also extremely noisy, and you could hear even the smallest movements from guests in the surrounding capsules, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was very little interaction with the staff, apart from when entering the hotel. One thing to be aware of is that the surrounding area is very busy and appears to attract pickpockets, so keep a close eye on your belongings.

if you go to this capsule hotel, you must bring 1. slipper 2. toothbrush 3. your own face towel and normal towel 4. padlock 5. hairdryer (if possible) , as it might have lend by other people at the time you most need it -------- overall quite clean and tidy, shower is good, and quiet to sleep thanks to my neighbours.

Spacious for a capsule, very clean and really quiet considering. Amazing to have a women's only dorm, made it feel more safe. Very modern a and well thought out. Capsule fan was a little noisy, but it's definitely needed as they do get quite warm. Perfect location and ideal for a quick stop over.
