The staff was very nice, the hotel was clean and everything was great and comfortable. The only thing was the parking, they did not have a parking garage and will charge $65 per night for valet service. There is a garage across the street which is $30 per day. The parking was my only issue, but the amenities and everyone there were nice. I would stay there again.

I highly recommend Hotel Phoenix Atlanta; my stay was most enjoyable, from the convince of being able to walk across the street to the concert at State Farm Arena to the "top-notch" service provided by each staff member I encountered. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Me and my family took a “daycation” to watch the Hawks vs Cavs game(GO HAWKS!) and it was perfectly situated for us to walk there and back. The rooms are very classy yet with a touch of modern and the staff was helpful and friendly. (Jamaal& Kat at the front desk. & TJ our server for breakfast) My wife and I plan on returning to visit the pool side bar area for our 8 year wedding anniversary. Looking forward to it. “They got this one right!”

This hotel was walks away from the state farm arena. Roof top cafe, bless your heart (is the name) was awesome. The food was great and the concierge (Velecia) was great!! You won't be disappointed. The hotel opened December 2025. I gave 4 stars for service because their were several miscommuncations regarding the cleaning services. The front desk did not inform the vendor that my room had a pickup for Laundry, albeit the clothes arrived back to the hotel on time. This hotel is definitely my go to spot when I return to Atlanta in the future.
