This Hampton Inn & Suites in Wheat Ridge, Colorado is brand new, spotless, and perfectly located—but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Tammy at the front desk.
From the moment we walked in, Tammy set the tone for the entire experience. Her welcome was warm, genuine, and effortless, like being greeted by a longtime friend who also happens to be a total professional. Check-in was smooth, fast, and handled with a level of care you just don’t see very often anymore. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of before we even asked.
Tammy is the kind of employee who defines hospitality. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being scripted, and clearly proud of the property and her role. If every hotel had a Tammy, the travel world would be a much happier place.
The hotel itself is excellent—modern rooms, super clean, quiet, and exactly what you want from a Hampton—but Tammy elevated this stay from “great” to exceptional. Management should know they’ve got a star on their hands.
We will absolutely be back, and a big reason why is Tammy. She’s a 10 out of 10 all by herself. 👏
