We were very, very pleased by the flat which had all we needed and was very spacious. The staff was also very friendly and adviced us to cheap parking nearby. The location is quiet but never the less spot in the centre so you can walk anywhere! Highly recommended!

It was clean and spacious, so we had a very comfortable stay.
All the staff were friendly and kind as well.
Above all, the warm floors were amazing—it made the cold German winter much more pleasant without the air feeling dry.

Great hotel we had the apartment very comfortable and clean. Location was very central right next to the Striezelmarkt And Zwinger palace . Plenty of shopping and dining. I liked we were able to purchase an early check in which made things much easier. The gentleman didn’t get his name working the front desk was very friendly and prompt .

Location is perfect. Close to tram station. Nice view from the dining room. We got the 6 persons room. Staff were very nice. There is an app paid washer & dryer available to use but it is very tricky to get to. One of the guys @ the front disc came down & show us where to go & how to use it. Staff were very nice & helpful.

We stayed here with our children while visiting the Dresden Christmas Market, and it was a wonderful experience. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the wide selection of books allowed us to enjoy many cozy reading moments together in the master bedroom. There were also board games available, which kept the children happily entertained throughout our stay.
Most of all, I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my earrings behind, and they were thoughtfully sent to me by mail. Thank you so much for your care and honesty — it meant a great deal to me.
We will definitely remember this stay, and if we have the chance, we would love to return again in the future.

In the very heart of Dresden, everything a tourist wants to see is walking distance. Spacious room with 4,5 beds, appartment style with clever usage of the room size.
Roof top bar serves as breakfast areas as well, very nice. I will come back.

Location is great! No parking but staff directed us to a cheap parking garage in a location near by. Room was large with everything you need. Only complaint is the noise from outside from the restaurants since we had windows open it was quite loud and someone was blaring techno mucic into the late hours.

Excellent location next to Zwinger Palace and great rooms. Clean and modern. Parking is difficult as it is in the building over and there is no sign to access an elevator to go down to get your car so we had to walk down the ramp where cars go. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 10:40 and some of the items were empty or barely any left like eggs, salmon, and pancakes. It was really disappointing. There was no one working. From 10:40 to 11:05, not a single worker could be seen to help. At 11:05 one man showed up to frantically and quickly take down the breakfast items. Overall, a great hotel just to sleep at!
