There was nothing you couldn't like about the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is very nice giving it a relaxing feel. We were given a upgrade when we arrived, a room with a balcony and complimentary mini fridge with soft drinks which was fantastic. Good to know - spa facility max 6 people and need to prebook. Great location, everything close by. Only down side the coffee machine at breakfast kept breaking down, overall an excellent experience.
