Loved the parking and location. Very nice apartment. Everything was perfect except the towel situation. I stay on this beach every couple months for the past 9 years and have been everywhere on the Quadoman. This one is the first ever that told me I’m supposed to reuse or wash my own towel until my departure from the beginning to end of a stay. What? When I called and asked for towels, no one comes until the next maid service time over 24 hours. Finally, she gives me new ones and doesn’t expect to take the old ones. Here is how everyone else does it: you give at least 1 towel per person per day. Women often use a separate head towel so I’d go with two and require the old ones as a replacement so you don’t lose any. We customers are not coming on holiday to start doing laundry. Some places also will have coffee/creamer and 1 bottle of water per guest. It’s a nice touch as we check in hot. I left some coffee/creamers for the next guest. I will definitely be back.

Great location is the only thing I can say. I was nervous booking due to this being a new location with minimal reviews…. They never sent me my check in information on time. When I got to the location I called the number on the signs—CLEARLY STATING 24/7— I called 5 times. Then I received a text from an unknown number “how can I help you” it took them 17 mins to respond with my check in information to get into my room. I text them 2 hrs prior to check in if I could check in early due to my travels arriving early. No. Additionally, they do not disclose on hotels.com they require such a large incidental hold. Would I ever book with this company again? Absolutely not. They also advertise easy parking. No. They want I think 5 cars or so to park in the tiny area….. the one I was parked in had broken gate posts likely from other guests attempting to get out of their car. There’s definitely not enough parking. On my departure day my minor child came out and the maintenance person there accused her of double parking. Clearly that was not the issue. She cannot drive, how dare anyone approach her. We left early. I’ve booked through this app multiple times and this was my worst experience.
