We had a fabulous stay at Garibaldi Palace hotel centrally located in Milan close to stores and sights. The rooms were very clean and the shower had perfect pressure. The staff were very kind,professional and accommodated our needs. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful including coffees and cappuccinos made to order. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The room is clean and the location is excellent. The breakfast is average and can be very busy. The location is quiet but the hotel has minimal soundproofing so expect to hear noise from your room if others are loud which includes times when the housekeepers are working. The phone and safe do not work which means I always have to go to reception for a request such as when the tissues were not replenished. I has to request housekeeping three times over two hours for my room to be cleaned after the first night which was eventually done by 3pm. The service desperately needs work. I provided this feedback to the reception at the end of my stay and was told it would be passed on.
