Location is ideal for the centre of Florence. The customer service team were extremely helpful to help with a late arrival.

The property was a good value and in a great location. The apartment is older and the bathrooms were not what we are used to in regards and size of shower. My husband is 6'4" so the showers were very difficult for him to use. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had a stove, fridge etc. so cooking is possible but we didn't really use anything except the microwave and fridge. Instead we took advantage of the many restaurants with steps of the apartment.
