NICE QUIET LOCATION NOT FAR FROM BEACH. GROUND LOOKS NICE. COULD NOT USE OUTDOOR AMENITIES DUE TO WEATHER CONDITION. ROOMS WERE CLEAN. BATHROOM AREA NEEDS LITTLE TLC. SHOWER DOOR NEEDS SOME ADJUSTMENT TO CLOSE AND LITTLE MORE SCRUBBING WITH BLEACH WILL HELP ON SHOWER WALLS. BREAKFAST OPTION WAS ADEQUATE AS PER OFF SEASON. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Nice to have the breakfast although it could be available later than 10.30h. Nice pool and comfortable rooms . We stayed in a studio and is comfortable, in front of the pool. The only thing was a a noise coming from the freezer during the night but nothing that can be solved rapidly.. Good option in Vale da Telha!

La chambre était relativement propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Les parties communes pas top mais ce se sont à cause des usagers. Qui on t d’ailleurs fait du bruit jusqu’à minuit dans la salon et ça résonne dans la maison. Idem le matin des 7h et ce n’est pas vraiment agréable. Le monsieur qui faisait le ménage même Aps un bonjour encore moins un sourire et on a bien compris qu’il fallait vite partir dès qu’il a commencé à faire le ménage dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire avec des produits de basses qualité : miel sous marque, œufs élevés en batterie à voir le marquage sur les oeufs. L’extérieur est très bien entretenu et la piscine est chouette

Schönes Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind einladend. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und in der Dusche ist ordentlich Schimmel. Das sollte bei diesem Übernachtungspreis anders sein. Der Pool wirkte auch ungewöhnlich grün... Schönes Konzept, gute Idee aber etwas mehr Liebe zu den Basics wäre gut!
