素敵なホテルで、スタッフの方も感じよく、のんびりできて良かった！！ 辛口コメントを出させていただくと、、 食材のこだわりは感じるのですが、夕食は少し口に合いませんでした。。ごめんなさい。どちらかとゆうと、イタリアンや和洋食とかのほうが食べやすいかもですね！ それ以外は良かったです。 いろいろありがとうございました！

福江の海岸線にある素敵なホテルでした。 昔どこかの会社の保養所だった建物をリノベーションしたWEST、一階には大きな浴場があります。 真ん中ある、屋根が印象的なレセプションとレストラン、そして海岸線沿いにあるSOUTH（平屋）、その後ろに二階建て（中に入ると三つのフロア）のNORTH とても洗練されていて広さも十分なお部屋でした。NORTH複数人での宿泊も可能だと思います。 レストランもメキシカンをベースにしたお料理と、朝は和食でとても美味しかったです。スタッフ皆さんお若いので親切で明るくてとても良かったです。 宿泊した日はあいにくの雨でしたが、また泊まりに来たいと思う素敵なホテルでした。

このたびは、お世話になりました。海に面したレストランでの朝食は、本当に素晴らしい体験でした。地元の食材を活かしたメニューの数々は、どれもが丁寧に調理されており、その美しさと美味しさに心が満たされました。 特に印象に残ったのは、魚のほぐし身を使ったふりかけです。新鮮な魚の風味が引き立つこのふりかけは、白いご飯にかけると、ご飯の甘さと相まって、ここでしか味わえない格別な美味しさがありました。毎朝、こうした丁寧な朝食をいただくことができるのは、本当に贅沢だと感じます。 海を眺めながらの朝食時間は、新しい一日を迎えるのに最高の環境でした。地域の季節の恵みを存分に味わうことができるメニュー構成も、ホテルのこだわりが感じられ、非常に好感が持てました。

あいにくの雨でしたが、オーシャンビューで雰囲気のある大空間のレストランで、カフェタイム、夕食、朝食を堪能し大満足でした。 モダンメキシカンは初めてでやや不安でしたが、素材を活かした繊細かつ独創的な料理でした。「締めのパスタ」も日本人向けに良いアイデアだと思ます！ 朝食は、素材のよさは共通ながら、一転して素朴な和食。ボリュームたっぷりなので、食前に目の前のビーチを散歩したりしてお腹を空かせておくのがオススメです。 スタッフの皆さん、全体的に初々しい感じですが、フレンドリーでしっかりホスピタリティもあり、気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。
