2/10 Poor

We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I do not recommend this place at all unless the guy they had there working is fired and the rooms definitely need more upkeep and new furniture etc

Not the best for babies

Shower broken, tap and shower water brown in colour. Very thin and uncomfortable mattress. Upon asking for blankets, we were given thin sheets. Due to no electricity, we had no aircon.
