We had three rooms for family to attend graduation. The hotel is beautiful and the staff I interacted with were great. I had a few small issues with housekeeping (coffee not replenished, dirty coffee cup left for two days, toilet not cleaned) but I feel like that’s a training issue and it didn’t detract from our stay. The gym was small but well equipped. The restaurant and bar were excellent - I would go there even if I weren’t a guest at the hotel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Valet parking was reasonable and quick to get car. Reese at front desk was super helpful.

The hotel is well located in downtown Cleveland. Close to everything you need and convenient to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame. The restaurant is excellent fresh food creative recipes. The bar staff is super friendly. The rooms are small, but well appointed offering comfortable beds, and appointed bathrooms. I recommend.

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous inside with attention to detail, the textures and warm palette made you feel very comfortable. Our room was comfortable with high end finishings, the shower was great. Well stocked mini bar and I loved that a steamer was in the closet. Nice touch. King size bed was very comfortable with a good pillow selection. Now for The Club Room restaurant, our first night we went in for a nightcap and the east meets west old fashioned was divine! We went back the next day for happy hour and tried a variety of local brews with the herbed fries, delicious. The staff are really what make this hotel stand out though, service was impeccable and the location is situated that we didn’t need our car and just walked everywhere. We will be back!
