Linked Batel is such a modern and comfortable hotel! They’ve got everything you need at really reasonable prices. A ideia de automação é boa, mas a maneira como foi feita é só uma forma de economizar em mão de obra. Não há informação o suficiente, o sistema de check in e checkout não funcionou como prometido, a limpeza esteve bem questionável (havia pedaços de papel no corredor quando chegamos e eles ficaram lá os 3 dias da estadia). Pedir carro ao manobrista demorava mais do que se tivéssemos optado pelo Uber. A decoração é interessante, mas a academia oferece zero privacidade, fica no meio do lobby, separada somente por uma cortina de correntes, portanto, é treinar com plateia. A equipe é gentil, mas está reduzida a um terço do que seria necessário. O problema é a gestão que trata desleixo como modernidade.
