This was almost a perfect stay. The hotel was super modern and clean, the location was great, about a ~5-7 minute cab ride from the Naples train station and a quick walk to the harbor and major shopping in Naples. Close to the metro too. The continental breakfast was nice as well, lots of options (cereal, eggs, bacon, crossiants, tea, coffee, etc)! A true double bed (not two singles pushed together) and the front desk staff was super nice too. My one issue : this hotel is one the 4th floor of the building, and there is no buzzer or way for an international traveler without a cell phone (I'm from USA) to contact them to open the front door. If you arrive M-F during the day the front door to the building is open and you can take the elevator to the 4th floor, but I arrived on the weekend when the door was shut and locked. Arriving at the hotel was a little stressful, but thankfully someone from the Pilates studio on the first floor exited the building (and thus was able to let me in) less than 5 minutes from the cab dropping me off. Had that not happened I would have no idea how long I would have been waiting outside trying to get in. Once I checked in I received keys to the building so future entry was not an issue. I would definitly stay here again, as long as I checked in during business hours M-F. But a super nice, very clean, very modern hotel in a pretty good location. 9.5/10 in my opinion.
