My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value.

This was a great property for our 2 week stay. It’s very close to Liverpool St Station and bus stops. There are several food options near by. If you like pub food at a reasonable price Hamilton Hall (Weatherspoons) is real close too. Staff were very helpful, laundry was easy to use, everything is available by request for the apartment so don’t be afraid to ask. Great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Celebrated my birthday in London and had such a great stay at Chapter Spitafields. The grounds are kept clean and well-maintained - loved the access to the outdoor terrace & lounges. Perfect place for solo travelers and large groups. I always felt safe. Amazing location and even better staff! From the AM to PM teams, they were super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Thanks to Yetti & team for helping make my stay a comfortable experience. They even wrote “Birthday Girl” on my key card envelope! So sweet :)

The add IS NOT REFLECTING THE ACTUAL ROOMS! Never been more disappointed when opening the door to the 2 bedroom appartement, It was suppose to be a big 64 Kvm appartement, instead it was two small bedrooms, dorm-rooms, connected with a very small kitchen and two small bathrooms. We went downstairs and complained, was given the choice between full refund and finding another hotel, and partial refund and stay. We choose partly refund, thinking they were not aware of the mistakes in the add. NEVER GOT THE REFUND, no help to get when checking out, manager did not reach out as promised. I can see from other feedback they have been aware of this advertising error since 2025, SAME pictures at booking as well.. So the hotel ARE aware, and in my eyes this qualifies as scam. It is a big difference between 64 kvm and 18 kvm. Note - the personell at the breakfast was amazing. So helpful.

The worst part is LEAVING this amazing Stay. The stuff was always very friendly, the view of our room was breathtaking. The room and the equipment perfect. The Bed has seen better times but THIS VIEW... 😁We'll definitely come back. You do not expect in a big lodging like this, a so very warm welcome and people how treat you like welcoming guests. Este alojamiento tuvo sus pros y sus contras! El staff fue súper atento y amable, hubo un problema con nuestra habitación (estaba en mantenimiento) y pasamos de un apartamento con dos habitaciones a un studio con una cama doble. Agradezco que nos pudieran relocalizar y las vistas desde la ventana eran preciosas pero las instalaciones y el ruido no lo compensaron. En verano no recomiendo ir pero a lo mejor en otra estación sí. La localización era magnífica y nos gustó mucho andar por la zona.

El servicio es pésimo. Para empezar, jamás aclaran que es un hotel para estudiantes. Hice una reservación y pagué por una habitación doble, pero no respetaron la habitación. Al llegar, solo dijeron …. No tenemos habitaciones, aún cuando ya la había pagado. Envié toda la documentación correctamente y aun así aseguraron que no la habían recibido. Al llegar al hotel, me dijeron que la habitación había sido cancelada por “falta de confirmación”. Absurdo, considerando que la habitación ya estaba pagada. Tuvimos que salir a buscar habitación a las 11:00 pm No reserven ahí. El servicio es de lo peor, desorganizado y completamente ineficiente.
