There’s no people or front desk or check-in. It is dilapidated looking from the outside.

Once the construction is completed the Inn will be a nice place. The temporary accommodation was nice for my son and myself.

We made a stop in Monticello Thursday night while traveling, and we decide to go in this motel, end I was in room 30, and I really enjoyed it, was really nice end spacious, big bright window, and a nice size sofa, and new renovated, will definitely come again, highly recommended.

When i pulled up i thought we had been ripped off. The lady was great. A banket would have been nice. I would stay there again.

My complaint about the hotel would be the bathroom to start with. I think the price of the room is expensive compared to other hotels and the quality of the facilities and the size of the bathroom. I think the room should have a much more affordable price.

Quite an experience. Newly renovated so I give it good marks for cleanliness. The location and fact it is a Motel next to boarded up buildings was unexpected. So, I wouldn’t bring the kids but if you need a place to sleep after a concert and know what to expect, it is okay.

Not a great neighborhood

Very kind and helpful lady running it, but the pictures online are quite misleading as the parking lot is directly adjacent to an abandoned prison, complete with razor wire and warning signs about keeping distance from the prisoners. Also the doors are an obnoxious numbered code pad followed by an even less convenient lock box in the vestibule. Surprisingly clean with new renovations (stickers still on the new vanity and other cabinets)

Very clean, new amenities, with no frills. Check-in was easy (unless you’re room 10). Woman who helped us check in was incredibly kind and helpful. Noisy due to fellow concert goers partying after; no fault to the motel itself. Outer door has to slam to close so that’d be my only suggestion for improvement.

Concert Trip
Motel was under construction but not known at booking room did not have a mirror and remotes had no batteries. Room was clean and electronics were new

No blankets - all I had was a sheet. Hair all over the floor in shower and on table and bed.

Life in the hood
This hotel is right across the street (40’) from a prison. The prison yard faces the front door. People next door had a party until 2:30 AM. Walls between rooms are not soundproof. The room is so small that we had to keep suitcases in the car. Waste of money to stay here in the hood!

This wss not a hotel. It was a renovation project in progross. Soooo unsafe run down area. No office to check into. No security nobody around to help. Scary! We had to find a new motel 22 miles from there. We were there for a concert and just made it in time. Was not a good trip. Will not pay for that room. Really let me down

It’s clean and new now newly renovated the restroom is too small and no mirrors and the shower place doesn’t have any place to put on your shower shampoo and body shampoo the price is too much for this kind of place no office to go to i f you need help

Wouldn’t come back
The whole property was under construction. They said our room was done but the bathroom light didn’t work because there was water coming out of it. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on and there were no instructions. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work either.

No Way!
I don't know if the owner just bought this property and is trying to renovate it or not, but the place is creepy. The main building where you think an office should be has boarded up windows. The strip of rooms didn't have any other cars parked there. While we were at a concert in Bethel Woods, I received a text message saying thank you for my reservation and my room was ready. I responded when I would be there and they said someone would be waiting for me. I didn't think anything of it at that point. When I drove up, I immediately felt uneasy. There were two people at the front of the building and I pulled into the room parking lot. One man approached my car. I told him I wasn't comfortable staying there so he called his boss based in NYC. His boss urged me to go into the rooms because there were newly renovated. I refused because I had my two young kids in the car and I wouldn't have gotten out even if I was by myself. They said there were security cameras and I would be the only one with the keys. I was skeptical. My daughter was saying in the background she would have nightmares if she stayed there. I asked for a full refund. I received all but $15 and I'm not fighting about that. I also have to add that the Motel.com listing says 408 Broadway Monticello, but it's actually on 12 Jones St Monticello, NY. I didn't get legitimate vibes from this place but if they are trying to be, fix up the front, put new windows in and have a respectable office and staff.
