THE CANCELLATION I DID THROUGH EXPEDIA WAS CANCELLED BY THE PROPERTY WITHOUT WARNING. I LEARNED ABOUT THIS CANCELLATION WHEN I WAS ALREADY THERE, AFTER A 1000+ KM CAR TRIP FROM MADRID, SPAIN. THEY BOOKED ME IN A VERY INFERIOR HOTEL, WITH A RIDICULOUS DISCOUNT TO COMPENSATE. I HAD NO OPTION OTHER THAN ACCEPT WHAT THEY DID. I BLAME BOTH THE HOTEL AND EXPEDIA, AS I THOUGHT THAT RESERVATIONS DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA WERE GUARANTEED, BUT THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CASE. BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA AND YOU MAY, OR MAY NOT, HAVE THE RESERVATION IN GOOD SHAPE WHEN YOU GET TO YOUR DESTINATION. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND NOT TO USE IT, TO MY WHOLE NETWORK, INCLUDING SOCIAL. VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly accommodating staff. Better quality buffet breakfast than usually provided in Agadir Hotels. One-night stay at excellent rate. No fuss check-in and check-out.

The junior suite is in good condition compared to the rooms, the front desk staff are always helpful (Faical, Aziz, Ayoub, Hicham, and Jihan), the breakfast is great (Chef Lhsan makes yummy omelets), overall it's a reasonably priced hotel. -Ihsane

Close to the beach
The hotel is quiet and very close to the beach. The housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning the rooms, Khadija, and Aziza always makes sure to leave the rooms spotlessly clean. The guys working at the front are also helpful and friendly. I'll make sure to book at this hotel next time I travel to Agadir. A special thanks to Mohammed and the rest of the group at the restaurant (Hassan, Hamza, Abdullah, and Said) -Ihsane

Welcoming and friendly
The hotel could use some improvement as it's quite outdated, but since it's in a calm and convenient spot, I'd recommend it to anyone who want to spend a quite holiday near the beach. The Wifi i quite speedy. The housekeeping did an amazing job, especially Khadija. Overall the staff is friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Faical and Aziz at the front desk, Abdullah and Said at the restaurant. -Ihsane

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and so friendly (Faical and Aziz). We were upgraded to a suite which was so nice since some of the standard rooms are a bit outworn. The staff always were so accommodating. The hotel is close to the beach too. I will 100% recommend this hotel, and will of course come again. Overall, I'm quite happy with my stay at Odyssee Park. Thank you to Hayat, Idriss, Abd al-Rahman, and Miloud for being so helpful :) - Ihsane
