Ok for a few nights.
Nice room; modern and clean. Room was spacious with kettle, tv, bottled water and usb sockets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not a huge choice but enough to get the day started! Coffee machine available 24/7 in reception. Unfortunately roof top hot tub was not functional, and indoor pool looked grubby so didn't use. I was not overwhelmed with the friendliness of staff.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and well-appointed, and I truly appreciated the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel. However, I must express disappointment with the breakfast service. The dining room was very small, and it was overcrowded, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, primarily focused on bacon-based items, which seemed unusual for a hotel of your caliber. As a guest, I would expect a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, especially at a 4-star establishment. It is also uncommon to have to pay extra for an omelette at a hotel breakfast. This was a first for me, as even in smaller hotels or bed-and-breakfast establishments, they typically offer to prepare an omelette for you at no additional cost. I don’t believe this would be costly for the hotel, but it’s an important consideration for the guest experience. I believe improvements in the breakfast offerings and the dining room setup would significantly enhance the guest experience. I was also surprised by the lack of communication from the hotel staff. During my stay, I encountered agents who didn’t speak a word of English, which felt a bit unusual and impersonal. Clear communication is an important part of a positive guest experience, and I believe speaking English in a such high rated hotel would have made a big difference.
