Not a very pleasant experience.The receptionist had given our room to another guest with my last name. They did not even check the confirmation number to see if it was me. My family had to wait longer than an hour and a half before we were given a room. I had a crying 2 year old granddaughter crying and screaming because she was tired and hungry from the long road trip. We had purchased food but it got cold. We were not given an apology for the mix-up and long wait. Then to make matters worse, they wanted us to move to another room in the morning because of some technical difficulties with the key card system. I kept telling them to please let my family get a room and that it could be sorted out while they settled in but the answer was "NO". Very bad manager. To top it all off, the receptionist basically blamed us for the mix up.
