This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats.
We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the manger arrived and he changed the room to another one with aircon.
I requested a fridge to store milk for my baby but the fridge was not working (in both rooms).
They dont have wifi service in the room so if you need to contact to the internet you have to go outside.
Reception staff don’t speak English very well so it is very difficult to communicate with them.
We requested room service and we got told that they dont do it but we can see that food and drink are being delivered to peoples room.
The restaurant has a very nice outside area but you can never sit there let alone eating as it’s filled with wasps.
They also dont have lift to all the floors so we had to carry the pram and baby up 4-5 flights of stairs.
Having said that they have very nice and clean pools. Nice beach. Generally speaking staff are friendly.
