The stay was okay overall. However, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was uncomfortable, especially since I had clearly mentioned my preference for a non-smoking room. I hope the hotel can make sure non-smoking rooms are properly checked and free of smoke odor before guests arrive.

My stay was ok, but I heard 2 patrons that had reservations and paid on line that got to the property and the room was not available for them to stay. And then they couldn't get their money back till 3 to 5 days later I'd be pissed. So just beware

They took my reservation and when I arrived they said they were fully booked. There was no one avaliable except a security guard.I called before arriving to ask some questions about the hotel room and a lady answered pretended to be the hotel staff. She should have told me they are completely booked at that time. Once we learned about no vacancy I called back and she said we had the wrong number and that I had called her personal number and she does not work at a hotel.
