Hotel is close (walking distance across the street) to many stores, Conestoga Mall and a short drive to points of interest (St. Jacob's Market). Bed was very comfortable, pillows were amazing! Breakfast was as expected. No surprises. There was a lot of noise in the hall, but that was the people across the hall, not the hotel. The location was exactly what we needed and the price was best in Waterloo. We will be back.

Overall staffs are polite. I wanted to address the door issues. First of all we were unluckily next to the room which the people started opening and closing the door many times in between 11pm and 1am, someone coming in and out. I called the front desk. The staff was quite rude and kept saying he couldn't do anything. It was a very bad experience for me and my husband. We couldn't sleep. I found out the door was heavy and the door frame might not be good enough to absorb banging sound and vibration.
