Booked the king bed and mentioned 3 people stay! They had only two pillows! Even asked for one more - they said they dont have pillows! Horrible horrible experience and customer service. All hotels provide 4/5 pillows even for 2 people. They provided 2 pillows for 3 people

Short trip to Ansterdam

The checking was easy, they allowed us to check in early and gave my son a Lego set! The bed was so comfy! Right next to a main street so a bit noisy outside, sirens passing by, but an easy walk to the train station. Bathroom is tiny and the bathroom door was sort of see thru (like frosted glass), which was different as traveling with my 11 year old. Overall, would definitely stay again

Dishonest

I left my Apple Watch plugged in the room when I checked out and the staff could not have been more unhelpful to help me retrieve it. The Find My application showed it there at the hotel for three days after I left .So clearly it was there long after I left, so it would seem that someone in the staff took it. Most disappointing is their annoyance that I would call for updates.

Check in was quick. Staff were kind. Rooms were clean. It's just a little far from everything else, so will need to take transit into the city centre. The nearest tram was about 8-10 minutes walk, which isn't too bad. Would be nice if they had a first aid supplies. Maybe they do. I asked for a band aid which they said they didn't have. Had to walk nearly 20 minutes in the dark for a grocery store to buy some.

Overall the property was fine. However, I booked and paid through Expedia yet the property DOUBLE charged me. So basically I have 3 charges on a tow day stay... They refunded one charge but wont answer about the other.
