Rooms not clean, and breakfast is just coffee
After the check-in, I was disappointed to find that I was given a dirty room. There was trash on the floor, the restroom was dirty, and the beds were undone. I had to go down and ask for another room, which was not exactly what I was looking forward to after a 16-hour flight. Although the second room was cleaned, it was not thoroughly clean. It seems like the maid was lazy as there was gross dust, socks, and lipsticks from other guests under the beds. I am not sure when the last time they cleaned was. I didn't know that daily cleaning was not done when I booked. This experience has made me decide that I will never stay at an ESA again.
Additionally, the breakfast was a disappointment as it turned out to be only coffee and a granola bar. This was quite misleading. Furthermore, the luggage carts at the hotel do not work properly as they have fixed wheels. A cart should have at least 2 free-moving wheels to steer properly. When was the last time you saw a car with 4 fixed wheels? This was probably one of the worst stays I have ever had. Hadn't I paid in full in advance and other hotels had availability, I would have moved out as soon as possible.
The only positive aspect was that the AC worked great, and its closeness to the parks.
