The outside of the property may need a bit of refurnishing because the stairs were rusted. However, the unit inside was nice and cozy. Great for families with kids. And very close to blue mountain village. We had a great time there :)

Perfect location at the foot of the ski hills. The info binder in the unit indicates that it does not allow pets. Expedia promotes it as pet friendly.

Great location !!! Extremely close to all the great things about Blue Mountain. Little confusing on being pet friendly. Main page says they are but need to check individual units. Management was good about dealing with the issue

6/10 Good

Very close to the village. Not very clean and adequate number of towels were not left.

Cachet Crossing Experience at Blue Mountain
Condo was really nice and spacious, would have been nice to know the coffee maker used pods as we brought ground coffee. Not enough toilet paper to last the weekend but overall, it was a great condo and communication was awesome. We were so close to the Village a minutes walk away. Definitely would book it again, we had a fantastic time, we had 2 free parking spaces and the third car parked a couple of minutes away in another parking lot free.

Will write more later as has been really poor. 2 hours just to get in. Just trying to Salvage our night. Do not book this hotel. Really in need of TLC/active management.

The condo description was 3 bathroom but there is only 2. This is most disappointed as this was the main reason we choose this property. Unit 201 at the 2nd floor with Staircases.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at around blue mountain. First of all, took 3 hours to find visitor parking and communication with property was extremely slow. Hotel is very dirty, ants crawling everywhere. Washrooms still have red marker paints left on the wall and bedsheets like they’ve never been washed. Communication with host is absolutely horrendous despite death in the family to possibly accommodate a refund or exchange. Will never stay at this resort again. Please stay away people.

This unit needs updating. Most importantly the internet was not working properly and I needed to do work. Property manager was unresponsive - ' there is nothing we can do'. Other areas of the unit needed updating. For example there was mould in the grout in the main washroom shower.

We loved the space the unit offered. The problem is the stairs leading to the unit are all damaged and being held up with jacks. This doesn’t seem safe and there is not adequate lighting in the stairs. I had a fall when defending the stairs. When I reached the bottom the last step was not lit and I didn’t realize it was there and fell down. I highly recommend that more lighting is installed.

201 is spacious with beds for 8 a lovely kitchen and living room plus 3 balconies and 2 full bathrooms. The property was well maintained and clean. The decor was also quite nice. Exceptional location near the main village and mountain attractions with easy parking. We did notice some drywall work was being done in a few places. Nothing big but it would have been nice to know on advance. The stairs leading up to the apartment need work. They have eroded with salt from the winter season. They're functional but definitely need some attention. Property management company were exceptional in communication and support. Really really really appreciated how quick they were to respond to questions. Overall great apartment and location but exterior building needs some work.

Bathtubs condition moldy with black stains. Side of bathtub almost out of the place . Shower curtains not clean. Bunk bed moving when turned side to side upper level of bunk bed was not used. Blinds not working properly in the room where bunk bed was. Found dirty tray inside the cupboards. Stove inside was very dirty . Ac leaking not working properly making loud noice. In the laundry room where leakage from AC happened were placed towels which were wet and did not moved during our stay . Wet towels started to smell. Otherwise the place was spacious and mins walk to the village. Mattresses were good.

I was quite excited about this trip but that excitement kind of dwindled once I arrived and realized the state of the stairs and area surrounding the property. The stairs were definitely unsafe and not up to code. I didn’t realize how many stairs I would be required to climb with a toddler, a dog, and myself being pregnant. Not to mention how slippery they are when wet due to rain. After almost falling on my butt while going down the stairs at 30 weeks pregnant holding a toddler, we left a day early. The unit itself was lovely. It wasn’t very clean, however. Hairs in the sheets, dust under the sofas, etc. The beds were very uncomfortable - it felt like sleeping on the ground. I did like how close it was to the village but the amount of time it took to go up and down stairs to get out and about was very taxing. Rather than a stress free, relaxing trip, I felt very overwhelmed and unsafe, so we left early.

Do not stay at Property Valet properties!
1. Property was not ready or available at time of checkin due to previous tenants breaking a door. Was offered another property inconveniently further away, and was a downgrade and huge inconvenience. 2. we immediately noticed that the door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock in main door did not work and there was no exterior lighting. 3. There were dirty dishes and garbage left by previous tenants not to mention the dirty SHEETS and linens just shoved in the cupboard. UNACCEPTABLE 4. The 3rd bed (queen) was broken with only 2 legs. 5. Terrible communication. I voiced my concerns and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue with me privately before my review with Hotels/Expedia. They did not offer much compensation at all. This is my first review ever and felt it necessary to warn others not to stay at Property Valet properties.
