AC was great during the heat wave. The hotel was well located, had grocery stores and bakeries near by, the room was clean and the front desk was helpful. Was in Paris for 6 days for work/ friends trip. Hotel Glassglow was safe and in a central, good area. It is located in a small street, not a main one and gave us more privacy and less noise. The hotel staff cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. The AC actually worked and was great. Bed was really comfortable too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

J’ai payé 120€ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel, pensant passer un séjour agréable à Paris. Quelle déception à l’arrivée ! Le réceptionniste m’annonce qu’ils ont fait une erreur de réservation : la chambre que j’avais réservée n’est tout simplement plus disponible. Non seulement aucune excuse sincère ne m’a été présentée, mais le réceptionniste m’a proposé une chambre de gamme supérieure avec une attitude limite désagréable, comme s’il me faisait une faveur, alors que c’est leur faute à 100% ! Quand on vend un service à ce prix-là, le minimum, c’est de respecter la réservation et de traiter ses clients avec respect. Très mauvaise première impression. Je ne reviendrai pas, et je ne recommande pas.
