Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were smaller compared to the one we stayed in at Osaka. Nowhere to store luggage out of sight. Hotel is walking distance to 3 different train stations and Harajuku (~20 minutes). Surrounding area is quiet which is great after visiting the touristy areas but there isn’t many food options close by. We either ate or picked up food before returning to the hotel. We did run into a celebrity in the lobby one night that made our son’s day because he was able to get a picture with him :)
