Clean room, comfy beds, great location near subway stations, and the staff held our bags for early/late flights out. I do think the price was steep for what we experienced, but staying on a weekend in december is bound to be pricey. I would stay again!

The staff was nice enough. But in that restaurant they could have listened to my request about how loud the music was. The bar in the lobby had pretty good food. Thank goodness there were other options for dining close by. The robes had no ties. The water should be hot in the shower!

Great location for our stay in Williamsburg. Easy access with the driveway for Uber access, especially with luggage. Room was spacious. Staff was extremely nice! Loved the cafe in the lobby for morning coffees and expresso drinks. Will be back!

The room was nice. Staff was helpful. Robes come to the room without a belt to tie. The water in the shower never got beyond luke warm. I was shivering as I took a shower. That is the least that a hotel should provide. I was wondering if this hotel is on the decline. Which would be a shame because it does have a hip vibe.

Staff was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. A glass of wine at the bar was 26.0! Crazy expensive but overall great experience
