Wonderful Hotel, really a resort. We had a very large room with a great balcony. Our first time to this beautiful region of Italy. I would love to return for a ski holiday.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The mountain view and balcony were beautiful. A wonderful accommodation. We loved it.

Fantastic family run hotel
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The setting is amazing with stunning views all round. The staff were very friendly. The room was a decent size and had 2 balconies to admire the views from.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice
We used the bike storage which was excellent and the spa - small but nice for relaxing and herbal teas provided

Everything about our stay at Vel Bert was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the view from our balcony was amazing, great breakfast. We also appreciated the free bus passes which we used everyday to travel to Ortisei. They also made reservations for us every night and had hiking poles and umbrellas available for our use.
