Very disappointed

We expected to stay on a top floor room and have a view of seaworld. Yet... we stayed in what felt like econo lodge. Parking was horrible, the rooms were villas (accessible from outside rather than inside) and we had to walk through clouds of marijuana smoke to get to our rooms. This was not what we expected from double tree

The picture is not accurate!

Upon arrival, they told me even though I requested higher levels, my booking is "Garden View" which means Villa and they just left with first level Villas. Other than a lizard in the room which bothered us, everything else was so casual. We just booked this place for sleep. I wont book at this place again.

The staff was amazing, the room was quiet and comfy. Parking was a bit tight but we made it. I would definitely stay there again.

Good property but the parking …

The hotel was a nice place . The paid parking thing is ridiculous . Parking is hard to get and if you do get a parking spot it’s nowhere near your building .

The staff was wonderful but the accommodation was ok. The carpet was spotty and the bathrooms are very small and hard to navigate.

Hotel near Sea World

Overall the hotel's location was ideal. The is within walking distance to Aquatica and Sea World. The hotel is very convenient. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and offered a great view. The floors felt dirty as you walk around the room.
