If you care about customer service at all, do not stay at this hotel! My friend & I were locked out of the compound on our way back at midnight, the call button on the gate wasn't working, and we had to use our cell phone to call their number listed on Google (if we didn't have our phones we would've been locked out the whole night). When they finally let us in and we told them about the issue, but they repeatedly told us that it was impossible, that that's never happened before, and told us we had to have been pressing the wrong button. Basically blaming us or calling us liars when clearly we pressed the right button at least 4 or 5 times. Absolutely no apologies from the woman. Finally on the morning to check out we asked if we can have an extra 30 mins or an hour and the lady at the front desk adamantly refused, said they have other guests coming at 3p. Aren't we still your guests that stayed 3 nights? Never has a hotel denied a request to stay 30-60 mins longer. Just terrible all the way around.
