My friend and I found this hotel in a bit of an emergency situation, and I can't say how lucky we felt to stay here for 3 nights. The staff is so welcoming (day & night staff) and the rooms are updated. The building itself is right next to a construction zone currently (august 2025), but the noise didn't bother us at all. We felt safe at all times!

This property is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with great dining options within easy walking distance to the Arc de triomphe and the champs elysees. The morning breakfast was excellent and it is near an excellent bakery named Liberte. The Ternes metro is really close by. Great place for 7 days in Paris!

Very friendly staff, especially Ommy (sorry if misspelled her name) - the front desk concierge during mornings and afternoons. She has been trying her best to be accommodating when she could. And she has been very sincere and friendly! Rooms looked like very recently went through a major renovation - looked very refreshed! Bathrooms had drying (heating) racks. Size of my room was pretty small, but enough for one person. My other part of the family was in bigger room.

Wouldn’t stay there again

recently stayed at Hôtel Des Deux Avenues and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room cleanliness was far below expectations — it didn’t feel properly cleaned, and there were no basic amenities provided. There wasn’t even a toothbrush or any kind of daily room kit available. The air conditioning only worked in warm mode, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially considering the weather was already hot. The lift was constantly busy, causing delays every time I needed to go up or down. In terms of location, it’s not ideal for first-time visitors who want to explore Paris. The hotel is a bit far from most of the main attractions, so it’s not the best base for sightseeing. However, one positive thing I can mention is that the area around the hotel has some really nice shops and local stores. If you enjoy shopping or exploring neighborhood boutiques, you might find that part quite pleasant. Overall, though, the stay didn’t meet expectations. The management should seriously improve room cleanliness, provide essential amenities, and ensure the facilities (like AC and lift) work properly.

Chambre à rafraîchir, literie moyenne, attention aux prises de courants qui font des étincelles quand on branche ou retire notre prise de smartphone , état moyen de la salle de bain.petit déjeuner limité et surtout Clim éteinte ( blocage) ne fonctionne pas !! Excellent location, on a road full of classically French businesses such as patisseries, cafe bars, chocolatier, fruit & veg stalls, fromagier, mini market etc Nice clean hotel, rooms very good and cleaned daily should you wish. My on reception is lovely too, loved our 5 day stay here.
