Staff was not pleasant. The room was OK.
I did not appreciate my interaction with the staff. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and when I mentioned that the response was unfortunately we can’t do this or we can’t do that because we need a certain amount of notice for our luxury packages. I tried to explain I didn’t want an upsell just would’ve been nice if they did something to acknowledge it. I followed up the following day and spoke to the supervisor Tawny and I felt like she came across abrasive and was not very accommodating. The cottage and the layout of the property was nice. The floors are cold and the rooms could use slippers. The overall set up is not bad, but I was really turned off by my interaction with the staff. The breakfast was
