Good stay, will come back for the location.
Some of the workers when asked for a simple question on where the washroom was etc. I'd get some unfriendly manners from the staff. Makes it uncomfortable for the guest. Also, it wouldn't hurt to put the price on items in the stores, restaurants and bars. More than half the time I'm having to ask for the prices.

Good stay at Paris Las Vegas
This was my second time staying here at Paris Las Vegas (stayed here before years ago). The room was great and clean and the bed very comfy. The hotel offered all the usual amenities including great restaurants and shopping options. You can't beat the location and the price. My main complaint was that check-in and check-out was crazy busy and not enough staff working. They did have a self-checkin kiosk (like at airports) but the line for that was crazy as well. Also, you are not allowed to check in or drop off bags any earlier than exactly 4pm unless willing to pay extra. This is a pity as I know that many rooms were ready early and this would minimize the checkin congestion at exactly 4pm when everyone is in a rush to check in. Otherwise, all good.

I paid for a corner room with a king bed and didn’t get either. The room had two queens with an alley view. They couldn’t move me to the room I paid for. This was for my girlfriends birthday, not happy about the service

Room condition
The area where we stayed was in the Bordeaux Eiffel Tower. It is in need of remodeling. The baseboards were all chipped and the carpet was worn. The view was awesome, but unfortunately the windows were very dirty outside. The desk chair was very uncomfortable and beat up. Just wish that areas of the casino was non-smoking. The smoke smell was awful!!

Okay - but wouldn't stay there again
Overall, Paris was disappointing. We had a separate booking for our first night which they did not connect to our ongoing booking, which was frustrating because we had to change rooms. I called guest services about having to change room, they wouldn't help me and said I had to go down to receiption and talk to them in person. The smoke in the hotel lobby was disgusting - I understand it's a casino, but it was by far the worst of any casinos we walked through in Las Vegas. Our check in experience was fine, although but I cannot say the same for two couples we were travelling with who had to line-up rather than using the pre-check-in facility which did not work for them. The room itself was great - we had a good view, but I wouldn't stay at Paris again, due to having to walk through a smoke-filled lobby every day - it was just too much.

Suite upgrade
We arrived late and were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Unfortunately, I had booked one night as a separate booking to an ongoing stay, because we arrived one day earlier than planned. I asked for the bookings to be joined so we didn't have to change rooms - this was not done. When I asked if we could stay in the suite, they said they could offer it to us complimentary for $175 per night ... paying money is not complimentary. It really wasn't worth paying the extra money, so we changed rooms.
