An ok stay.
The place was okay, but I was frustrated for the price of the stay there was no self-parking, only valet, that the water in the shower was never hot, the air conditioner stayed cold even when I turned it up, and the tv randomly turned on to welcome me to the hotel long after I had gone to sleep. I’ve stayed in worse places, but for the price on this, I expected more.

Terrible airport shuttle experience
I stayed in this hotel for the location/airport shuttle for our early morning flight. Horrible shuttle experience. You schedule your time but staff tell people to just show up… so when we arrived as suggested 15 minutes prior to departure shuttle was completely full of people that did not schedule shuttle service for the time slot. Almost missed our flight because we waited for a second shuttle that would be there in 5 minutes which was a lie because it was the same shuttle driver that made a trip to/from the airport. Then went to another hotel. What a mess and what a terrible experience. Won’t stay there again.

We stayed after our cruise for 1 night. So we went there every early 9am to drop off our luggage. Latoria working at reception was super nice and helpful. Overcharged with little response to correct
We had booked four rooms for ourselves and three other couples that were all boarding a cruise the following day. In Saturday the 7th we all met up in the lobby to check in and start our vacation. On our return, we had been billed for six rooms, then credited for one. This leaves five rooms charged??? It is now the 22nd and still no response from the front desk (who couldn’t figure it out and asked to call us back in 30 minutes, a week ago) or by billing who also said they would respond within 48 hours, four days ago. I wouldn’t think it would be that hard. There were four charges on the 10th and one on the 8th. There were only four rooms (209,309,409&601) for one night (7th of December). We will be disputing the charge on our credit card. It’s concerning in the fact that even after pointing out an extra night’s charge, they still can’t or won’t figure it out.
