Worth paying for a tour to take you to the WW2 tunnels, the Skywalk, the Rock and the apes etc. Not cheap but you wouldn't get the same information on your own. Great side streets to explore. Gibraltar also under a lot of construction, cranes etc.

Buses easy to use. Difficult to see everything on nature pass in a day on the rock. We used the cable car and did a lot of walking but didn't get to the tunnels and moorish castle in a day - so took bus up the next time.

Gibraltar is a very unique place in that it has the familiarity of a UK city, but the weather and charm of a Spanish city. Not necessarily a place for nightlife, but more for just chilling and enjoying the atmosphere, especially in the city square.

The ticket for the nature reserve is £25 a day. It would be worth going there more then once as theres so much to see and places to visit. A cheaper way to see sights is to get bus no 1 and short walk to castle and then walk to sights.

Felt that walking around Gibralta at night felt very safe. Lots of nice bars and cafes to sit and watch the word go by. Wonderful views from up on the rock.

Gibraltar as expected is quite contained, has significant shopping available as well as restaurants. My biggest thrill was seeing Africa from our balcony!

We walked to the Nature Reserve from the apartment two days in a row. It was fabulous. The third day we walked to the light house. It was nice there too.

Gibraltar is ideal for a short break or if you wish to enter Spain. No currency problems money same as UK
"The apartments are light and airy. The bed was so comfortable. There was a tv there to watch, if you wanted to. There was no stress in staying here. Its located near the tourist spots, and a short walk to the Spanish border. Gibraltar, in general, far exceeded my expectations and hope to visit again one day. There's a Morrisons supermarket 5 minutes walk away, which is very cheap compared to current UK prices. Petrol was £1.07 a litre, I noticed. "
"Great location by the beach and in front of the Rock. Beach bars were near and so were bus lines that were very simple to use. The apartment had everything we needed! And the view is gorgeous."
