"Room was small but as expected from the pictures and for what we paid. The main room itself was well maintained and good enough for a base and to sleep if you’re spending most of the day out and about. The bathroom however was very cramped and had maintenance issues mainly involving the door which did not close properly which we reported and also we suspect the glass of the door was installed the wrong way around which is not the best from a privacy perspective when the toilet is positioned in-front of the door and you are sharing the room with someone else. The location was very convenient for the train station."
"The most stunning view of my life ! Bath tub/ shower has an incredibly high step into tub. If you have mobility problems might want to check other hotels. Everything else was perfect."
"Dried bogies on the wall right next to the bed, broken remote, other people’s clothes/ belongings collecting in the wardrobe, empty soap container in the kitchen.
So much of the room just looked dirty and like it needed a wipe. The outside of the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, walls, sides, just all needed to be cleaned properly.

Bathroom isn’t big enough to move in.
But the swimming pool is amazing, I would come back for that alone.
And the cafe attached is brilliant, with nice staff and lots of good options. Also beautiful iced coffee."
"We stayed in the penthouse for a two night stay. As the weather was very hot air-conditioning was needed after having the air-conditioning on there was a puddle of water on the floor in the kitchen right by the front door to the apartment unfortunately there is no Phone in your room and being on the 20th floor you have to contact via an AI assistance QR code. I logged the report and the AI suggested the maintenance team would be with us I put towels on the floor after an hour. I called again the AI team and they again said the maintenance team would be with us by then got a saucepan and put it under the leak as it was getting worse after staying in our apartment waiting for maintenance nearly 3 hours later the maintenance man came and looked at the air-conditioning unit to advise us it needed substantial work he apologised and said we should be compensated as it was a health and safety risk with towels and saucepans on the floor also as the front door was where the leak was you will be walking straight into the leak when you walk in the door. Since checking out the front of House Team did not ask how ask how asked they had been so I made sure I explained the situation and they disregarded it with no apology. I have since sent three emails over the course of a week and only had one response back which advised they were looking into it, and that was the day after I sent the first email the customer service is unfortunately minimal."

"Pros:
This property is nicely located on Canary Wharf. The listing shows a photo of a building right in front of the water with a yacht in front of that building. This hotel does not sit in front of the water but is walkable from the "boardwalk".
Canary Wharf is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it's much quieter overall. Dishoom is a walking distance away.
Staff is friendly and property was clean in general.
Loved the kitchen and laundry on-site was convenient.
Cons:
My first time in Europe so I didn't know what to expect as far as room accommodations. We arrived when it was extremely hot and found out that our room did not have air conditioning, only a small fan. This is what caused the lower rating. I didn't know that "air conditioning" is something I would need to look for in a property listing. I was informed by Uber drivers that the hotel should have air conditioning. We had to sleep with the windows open and even then, it was very uncomfortable and hot. There is also construction nearby that started fairly early in the morning and you can clearly hear the disturbance with the windows open. Air conditioning did exist for the common spaces on the top floor.
The bed is highly uncomfortable. If you want to stay somewhere where you'll get a great night sleep - this is not the hotel. I'm used to having great sleep from hotels with great quality beds and sheets. You won't find that here.
The location is great but will most likely not return to this hotel."
"I arrived late in the evening and only stayed for the one night but staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot, with good pressure."
