Very good hotel and chain (stayed at Mimaru in Kyoto as well). Rooms are clean, spacious, modern and the staff are very helpful. We liked this hotel because the room was convenient (family of 5) and the location is very central so gave us a good opportunity to walk around our last couple of days in Tokyo.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Got a family room and it’s able to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is near metro too.

A lot of space for a Japanese hotel. Great for families. Would definitely try to stay here is we come back to Tokyo

Nice and cozy hotel
We had a great stay in the family deluxe room which is spacious and comfy. Especially the muji concept. The kitchen has all the essential utensils and cooking pots are handy when we wanted to make a simple meal. The location is nearby restaurants, family mart, seven 11 and Kayabacho station. The staff are friendly and helpful with our queries. The only thing is the cleaning service was not provided daily. Our shower soap was not refilled after use. Overall, we like the layout and coziness of the room. They even have an air purifier to clean the air and the various charger points in the room are so thoughtful.
