Firstly, the dedicated, hardworking and professional staff members make this the best place to stay. Then the high quality of the accommodations and the ambience of the place is superb. This is a top class Riad. Food is great. Service is exceptional. Ambience is superb.

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Everything is pure luxury. The staff tends to you, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, and the food is exceptional. It feels as though you're royalty, and you have a private staff assisting you. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

It was our first time to Morocco and we couldn’t have picked a better Riad. Yassine was amazing, as was all the staff at Riad Noir D’Ivoire. It probably set too high of a standard for the rest of our trip as all the other riads we will probably stay at won’t be able to compare. The Elephant room was perfect for us (and stunning decor wise). The balcony overlooked the main fountain and allowed us to have an excellent view for the weekend night entertainment. If you’re there for Frankie Kanza definitely come back to the Riad to watch him perform. His voice was incredible, and made my fiancé cry (the voice, not him, haha). The food was wonderful, the drinks were excellent. One of the better Old Fashioned’s I’ve had when I substituted the whiskey (and I live in New York). The pool (although very cold) was a welcome respite from the heat and hustle & bustle of the medina. It was very calming to spend an afternoon to recharge. Everything about this place oozes sophistication. We would 100% come back to stay here again...we didn’t really want to leave.

This property was amazing! Highly recommended for someone who wants to stay in a nice, quiet and beautiful location without the 5-star pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The team at the Riad went above and beyond what we expected!

This is one of the finest boutique hotels we've stayed at, and my wife and I are very experienced international travelers. Elegant, luxurious, and comfortable in every respect. Marvelous cook who prepared some of the finest cuisine In addition, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and they made our stay highly enjoyable.

Unbelievable. Short walk away from the crowded souks and located in a nice neighborhood. I preferred the local Médina area were Raid Noir d’Ivoire is located. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Marrakech. The Raid details and customer service is remarkable. 10/10 and will return someday in the future.

The ambience, the facilities, breakfast, dinner, concierge and above all the staff were simply superb. The Riad is well positioned in the northern medina close to the Jaama al Fna, Koutoubia, Majorelle Gardens and the suks. A par excellence choice. The concierge arranged wonderful waking tours in the city and a trip to the Atlas Mountains.

Where do I begin... On arrival at the airport we were greeted with a very nice taxi driver ( arranged by our hotel ), beautifully dressed who took us to his car and gave us straight away bottle of water. As cars are not allowed to enter further we had a very friendly donkey ( Coscous ) with his master waiting for us, he loaded our suitcases at the back of his carriage and walked us through to our new home - paradise. Yes, that’s how I felt all 6 days while we stayed there. We were greeted by such friendly people, sat down and brought us lovely tea and biscuit. This place is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, decor is out of this world and people who work there...no words can describe how helpful, friendly, kind and wonderful they are. As only smallest room was available when we booked it, they upgraded our room following day, with our private terrace and a jacuzzi. They couldn’t do enough for you, told us this is our home and they really went above and beyond... I have to mention Mohamed who took such great care of me when I wasn’t feeling well, such a lovely man, always there for us , looked after us most of the evenings and made sure we have everything what we needed. We really miss you Mohamed!!!! You are such a credit to this Riad. Front desk-Hassan and Yassine who organised our trip, book cab for us, supplied mobile phone while we stayed there and got lost, Aziza, Hamid, Said, Leila, Aron, Tim, Peter, Taoufik ( chef ). Thank you all so much for everything!!!

Beautiful and elegant riad in the heart of the old town. Fantastic decor and facilities. Management and staff couldn't of been more accommodating or welcoming.
