Nice and clean hotel, except it can be noisy at the corridoor as it is not carpetted, sound travels real quickly. Basic amenities are all provided but the hotel needs a good coffee machine. I had to go to Coffee Beans for a cuppacino.

Expensive hotel with basic accommodation. The price per night don’t match the accommodation. Thin walls you can hear the people next door maybe, not totally fault by the hotel cause some people really do not know they are so loud. The window in our room are so dirty.

My wife and i Booked @ room 215 for 3 nights..1.) Property is new -----a perfect 5Star rating 2.) Room is big,clean and bed is soft,comfortable to sleep.---Perfect 5 Star Rating 3.) Security are very attentive to details as we observed every morning during breakfast time----Perfect 5Star Rating 4.) Complimentary set of breakfast is served and cooked well but i was expecting more of pampanga's best aside from Tocino that they are serving..a longaniza would be great instead of just a sausage and other foodies that Pampanga can bring in the table. a bag of Tea and artificial sugar like splendid or sweet and low for a diabetic guests are missing in the station..----4 Star rating . 5.) Free Shuttel to Sm City is a bonus for this Hotel ---a perfect 5 star for the friendly driver 6.) Receptionist are all nice and friendly from morning to night time..for Ms Gayle thank you for facilitating my Wyndham Membership.and fast tracking the pressing service of my shirts...before our check out time.. Definitely a highly recommended hotel to stay in San Fernando,Pampanga
