Stella di mare

Fire alarm went off two seperate nights and woke us. Had food in restaurant on first floor and it was worst food we had during our trip. Saying that though the room was very nice and hotel was nice and modern in a nice area.

Not 5star

There is a sense of “hold back on cost mentality” which affects the overall customer experience. We asked for a bottle of water at night (since mini bar empty) and had a response that “bottles are delivered once a day”. The quality of the food is poor, no fresh fruit at the breakfast (only canned), the cottage cheese was acidic, no vegan options (nuts, milk, youghurt options missing), long que at the breakfast etc. There’s little space at the pool area which means you need to be there at 7-8 to get a sunbed. The hotel is clean and fresh however you would expect much more from a 5 star hotel. Compared to an establish hotel they still have a lot to learn.
