Friendly hosts, Perfect location, Wonderful Stay!
What can I say about Dailen and Santiago's casa. It was truly the perfect place to stay for a first visit to Cuba and Havana. Dailen and Santiago are so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Their home is beautiful and the room we had was large and had everything you could need including air conditioning. The location is perfect for exploring Havana, 2 minutes away from the capitol building don't be put off by the street it is very busy and bustling with locals, but as Dailen said.. busy is safe! It gives you a welcome introduction to the real Cuba and the locals are super friendly. We had breakfast during out stay which was lovely every time, fresh fruit, omelette, fruit juice and Santi's coffee is legendary in my book, amongst the best we had during our time in Cuba. We will definitely be back to stay some day!

We stayed at Casa Factoria just one night, it was a comfortable room with excellent water pressure. The hosts were very very welcoming and helpful, they organised a taxi to take us to the airport and let us shower in the evening before we left.

Dailen and Santi were an amazing hosts while we stayed in Havana! Balcony with pool - so cool :) Room very very clean and modern We really enjoyed the atmosphere and landlords, we felt like in our own home Also this is perfect place for dog lovers! You can meet there such a cute dog and will steal your heart❤️ Thank you for having us in your casa! Once we back we will definitely be back at this place

The roof space is unique, great little plunge pool sun beds and bar. Good to have this space in the heart of town without paying international prices. The bedroom is small with double bed pushed against the wall. However, you need is there. We asked for extra pillows. The owners are eager to please and very warm and friendly. Sadly it rained when we were there so we didn’t really use the space upstairs which is why we chose it. The street it’s in is in a run down area but not too far to walk to Parque Central for breakfast at Hotel Inglaterra

If you want a real immersive experience in th Old Havana it's the place to go! The location is perfect. Walking distance from everything you want to see in Old Havana. The rooms are clean and safe. The owners, Dailen and Santiago are very friendly and so helpful. Look at the picture and it's exacly what your gonna get! Can't ask for more! I was very happy with my choice! Je suis du Québec et j'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour à la Casa Factoria! L'endroit (genre de B&B) est complétement rénové et les chambres sont propres et sécuritaires. L'adresse est parfaite pour les personnes qui souhaitent marcher dans la Vieille Havane et vivre une immersion Cubaine complète. Dailen et Santiago, les propriétaires sont accueillant et vraiment gentils. Vous pourrez parler en anglais ou en espagnole avec eux. Les photos sur ce site représentent exactement la réalité de la place. Que demander de plus! J'ai visité La Havane au début mars 2022.

I cannot praise this stay enough, they did exactly what it says on the tin. The only stay we had throughout cuba that had toiletries even though everywhere said they did also free wifi that actually worked. If you are going to Havana its a must visit casa

We had a lovely stay at Casa Factoría. Dailen and Santiago were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful and gave us tips to better navigate in La Havana. The location is perfect. Very close to Capitolio and within walking distance to the cities main attractions. The room is nice, clean and has a bathroom as well as air conditioning. There is also wifi access. The terrace is a little oasis in the heart of the city. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts (worth the extra money) and relaxing times in their pool. Highly recommended!
