    Never going back

    The first room was supposed to be nonsmoking and the whole room smelled like cigarettes the floors were dirty. I called the concierge and I told him about the room and he gave me another one. The second room didn't smell like cigarettes but the floors were dirty the bathroom and sink were not clean and people were hanging outside the hotel all night. I will not return to this hotel.

    Not what was expected

    I felt the need to reclean the room as there were smears of something in the side of the nightstand and the room smelled of smoke … Since it was prepaid I didn’t have the option to relocate and the hotel was supposedly booked so no other room was said to be available

    Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!!!

    The staff at the reception desk were polite. But the room was severely dirty. During this time of a Health concerning Pandemic, one would expect a halfway clean room. The bathroom tub was filthy, the counter tops were dirty, the back board to the bed was filthy, but the worst part was how filthy the bathroom floor was. It was as if there was no attempt to mop it or even sweep it. My husband purchased Lysol pads and wiped down the room as well as the floor and they were black from all of the dirt on the surfaces. It seems that the only thing that the cleaning staff did was change the sheets. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. It was just horrible! They should be ashamed to take on the name of Quality Inn. It was very frustrating. A 20.00 a night motel is probably cleaner then this hotel and we paid 140.00 for that one night! Sad! And then there was a very huge trash can located directly in front of the room and it was so packed that people was putting huge bags of trash all around it. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!!

    It was an amazing stay. Had a great time! It was clean, and organized. What threw me off guard was the refrigerator behind a dresser like door. It was awesome just threw me off. Keep up with the good work.

    The room was filthy. It looked like someone had crushed up drugs on the dresser. My hand was sticky from touching the nozzle in the bathroom. I complained but was told I could not get a refund due to booking via third party. They offered me a new room but we ended up leaving due to the condition of the room.
