Liked: room comfort; reception staff - who sorted out room-booking and taxi issues for us and very helpful on any subject; breakfasts; dinner; great viwes from restaurant. Disliked: only one elevator, which was very slow; stairwells very dark for walking up and down; at check-in we were told we were being transferred to another hotel because of over-booking.
